People were very nice. When they give you your receipt going in, the vehicles you're looking for are printed on it, so you'll know where to go.

This place has turned into a total money-grab. I called specifically to check availability for a steel rim because I’ve been here many times and know for a fact that they strip the tires for their shop and weld the rims together to use as stands to prop the cars up. I only called to see if they actually had any in stock before I wasted my time. Even knowing this, the staff lied and told me they "leave them on the cars" just to get me to show up and pay the $2 entry fee. It is a complete scam to charge people for access to parts they know they’ve already used for equipment or moved to the retail store. On top of the lying, they price used parts at 60-70% of retail and charge for a warranty that they won't refund even if the part is bad. They used to be a good, helpful business, but now they just want your gate fee. Don’t believe what they tell you over the phone.

I needed a tire for my vehicle. I am older and it is hard for me to get around. Mr.Robert and a young man in the yard helped me. They even carried it to the car for me. Very nice people.

I went here with the intentions to only purchase a battery, the amazing staff helped me. I got back to my car and my it wouldn’t start, I was waiting for nearly 2 hours in the cold and the amazing staff came to my rescue! They saved the day definitely! I’m forever grateful and thankful for the men who helped me!
